Retired Army Veteran is the First Black Santa at The Mall of America

It’s that time of the year, when little boys and girls try to convince Santa to get them everything on their wish list. Well, at the Mall of America, Santa looks a little bit different. Retired Army veteran, Larry Jefferson is breaking barriers as the first Black Santa Claus at the nation’s largest mall. He has been playing the role of Santa since he was 12 years old. I’m sure he didn’t know that one day he would make history. Cheers to change and progress!
